If the customer refuses to leave your only legal recourse is to call the police. LOL that is a good one -- you are joking right. In realilty the reason bouncer dont call the police is because if the police get called everytime someone refuses to leave -- the police will put a "black mark" next to the venue. Not only that but if you actually call the police and tell the there is a drunk person refusing to leave..
